May be I am misssing something, but I fail to see the point of the Concorde Lounge. Ok, it may be exclusive, but it's actually really rubbish.

It's the same as the F lounge (which we all avoid) with a dining room added on.

Service is appallingly slow. And everything is behind the counter, so you are stuck waiting for the staff to do anything. Even getting a plate of cheese from behind the counter took 10 minutes for someone to bring it over.

The Terraces Lounge upstairs is far nicer, with all the PCs available for use, and buffet food bar, not to mention Gate One which beats all the other lounges.

Why do people get so excited about something to awful?
