JFK - HNL = 4983 mi, so might require a relief pilot with ~10 hours, similar to JFK - EZE, but quite doable with a 763. Must be passenger / revenue projections, as opposed to the grand ideas in the days of 747-123s.

ORD - HNL = 4244 mi, 9:00

DFW - HNL = 3784 mi, 8:05

DFW - ANC = 3043 mi a little longer than a transcon, 6:40 with a 757

(Interestingly, JFK-EZE = 5282 mi; DFW-EZE = 5286 mi, MIA is 4406 and a possible ORD-EZE would be 5603 miles.)

(N.B. miles from GCM, not AA; W to E have shorter flight durations)
