But it doesn't mean ONLY the cheapest fares show up. They may be other flights on the same result page that has higher fares - those show up too.

That's what I'm seeing; CO.com forces you to buy the cheapest fare class when using the OnePass code. Is this in the rules? I can't find such a rule anywhere.

I guess retaining the "Upgrade Elite" label when applying the discount to a Y fare (thus turning it into an H fare) is a bug.
