This last scenario would be awful as far as F seat availability since the current double daily flights on the A346 and 744 Premium or Standard offer 20 total F seats.
It will be going to this "awful" scenario. They already announced that both nonstops will be on the 77W, and so it'll just be a matter of time before they start using the 74A on the 1-stop. I anticipate flying this route 2-3x per year in paid J, though not always on CX, and would like the opportunity to try and use some AsiaMiles (by way of Starwood) to upgrade. This doesn't make it easy.

And here I thought they had a lot of paid F on this route...
