Stayed there with my family for 3 nights 3 weeks ago, as platinum I was given the option of either a suite upgrade at time of check-in ( given one is available) or confirmed presidential suite for 50% off the regular rate. The regular price was 2000 Euro/nights. They offered it for 995 Euro (as an upgrade). we were on vacation so I accepted the offer. To be honest it was a bad decision, does not even worth 500 Euros,

The suite located on the top floor (9 I think) it has 2 bed room, 2 bath rooms, huge, but nothing presidential about it. Furniture is more to the cheap side, however the beds and the bathrooms were great . it was not renovated.

I liked my renovated room on the 5th floor more than the suite (except for the bathroom)

Nice hotel with very friendly staff and fantastic location, due to the construction in the lobby area they were using the bar area to check-in guests, very small and packed with people.

For the plat amenity I marked the 500 points option. But they also send a nice box that has 3 Hermes perfumes ( Rocabar 100 ml), 2 large fruit bowls and a very thoughtful, personalized welcome letter from the GM, he stated in the letter that all mini bar items are complimentary, which was great gesture.

I think it is a nice hotel and I would stay there again.
