Lets just clarify all of the information that can be found on the website before such a serious accusation is made.

The only (but major) criticism that is perfectly fair in this case is that the website doesn't handle diversion information well. And yogimax had every reason to think that the flight was listed as arriving at JFK at 11:08. However, the website isn't so definitive and , as such, it would simply be a very harsh conclusion to say that JetBlue was fixing arrival times.

If you type in the flight number , or look at all flights yesterday that were SFO-JFK routed, you will see that the status of the plane is "departed", and the 11:08 is in brackets. As such, the 11:08 , when entered, was an estimate. When a time is definitive, the brackets are removed. Additionally, the status would not be "departed" but something such as landed, or arrived.

What is terribly confusing, though is if you then click to look at the individual map or status screen for that flight...yes 11:08 is listed as the landed time. And it would be fair, looking at that screen, to be confused about the correct information. With that said, the map does show the path to ACY, and then lists the flight as "Diverted to JFK". That, in and of itself, means SOMETHING out of the ordinary happened. As such the computer did catch that the flight landed, but then took off again and went to its original destination as a diversion. Totally bizzare and wrong, but more confusing than a sign of an outright lie.

My main point, here, is that the original poster has every reason to be confused and wage criticism. I would. I think its absolutely awful when you can't get accurate information from a website that should be customer friendly. However, I think it does not rise to the level of a corporate misdeed.
