Update, at least as it applys to my account. Was told today by phone with the MP Service Center that my statement for the period of June 18 - July 16 was "sent out" on August 26 and that I should have it any day now by First Class mail. It is supposed to contain my normal 500 mile certs earned in that period and my four 1K Confirmed North American Upgrade Certificates from the second quarter. We'll see.
