Just stayed 1 night at 4pts MSY Aug 1st. The property is obviously a recent remodel or a perhaps completly new since big 'K'. Hotel shuttle is only about 10 min. ride from airport. I didn't have the luxury of trying the hotels breakfeast, gym, ect. However, the decor is very nice and the staff was very friendly. I didn't get an upgrade, in the condition I was in...I didn't mind. I had orginally booked the Sheraton d'town, but I'm glad I switched to this property. It was closer to where I needed to be the next morning and was a top notch 4pts!
