Having never stayed at a La Quinta, are they very much different from a Hamption Inn/Suites?

If not, they could fold the entire brand into Hampton -- with some adjustments up, of course, if warranted for individual properties -- and thereby make Hampton an even bigger 800 lb. gorilla, in the same way they may do with Homewood Suites and perhaps Extended Stay hotel.s
