I'm sure they recognized who she was and
promptly put her on the next Concorde flight.
This sounds like a good, no-nonsense way of dealing with someone who is a troublemaker. No TSA / security threats, no berating and demeaning of a passenger, just prompt, courteous and finally firm action. And I suspect this pax might just have her dream come true - and never find herself flying AA again.
OTOH, it is sad when someone has arrived at that place and condition.
