Markie is right, the bulkhead row in Y on the new 777's is 17. This goes for the 777's with the First Suite as well as the more recent deliveries without the Suite (i.e. post-1997, I think). I was in 17C on one of these, and the legroom is still there, with the curtain in front of you. The aisle kind of "offsets" here due to the different widths of the C aisle and Y aisle, and that's why you have this "bonus." However, if you really, really want legroom, row 30 is still the way to go for the window and the exit row.
