I find the site amusing. Most of the people on there are total whiners, but some of them have valid arguments. While I find United extremely friendly and accomodating to my needs, I also know that out of 90,000 employees, there are bound to be some that are having a bad day. I know my options when things go wrong, and I know how assert myself in a friendly manner. I also know how to laugh and accept my fate when all of my options dry up. To their credit, I have never spent a night at an airport because of United. But all that said, there are times when air travel can be frustrating, and I think the site gives a lot of these people a place to vent, if anything. Personally, I have better releases than whining all over a website, but that's just me...
