I'm going to say if you can be VLML as Opposed to VGML (well it is a flying forum after all) then a lot of restaurants can accomoodate you in London. I've been to many good restaurants where they have been very helpfull in dealing with the fact that I am vegetarian and don't like spicy food, The Connaught, Le Gavroche & the Tenth @ The Royal Garden Hotel, were all great in that respect. The Tenth has a Vege menu page, which was filled with tasty stuff. and a great view.

If money really is no object then you could call Le Gavroche (:-::-:Michelin)and ask them how much of their menu is/will be vegetarian, I managed to eat quite happily there, and they certainly should be happy to accomodate you at the prices they charge. I have never eaten so much good food in one sitting, it was by far the best food I have eaten (except for my mums obviously), and my dining companion was shocked by the menu as it had no prices on, she kept asking me what she could eat that I could afford
