Great report - thanks for sharing your experience. I guess you were still quite lucky with a "relative modern" 767 and an OK service. I am contemplating the idea of using AC again after a desastrous experience in ExecFirst a couple of years ago (I'd rate BA's World Traveller Plus as being superior in everything but seat pitch), but think that I should make sure travel is on a 777 or 767 with new seats and then just have a very low expectation of the service.
