Yes, with Diners Club

If Aeroflot doesn't let you, get yourself the good old Diners Club charge card. They should give you lounge access both on the domestic and international sides. Domestic:
Sheremetyevo - I -- Moscow, Russian Federation

Lounge Name: Federal Lines Business Lounge
Lounge Location: Departure, domestic flights, behind passport control, second floor
Telephone: 7 495 578-7527

Hours Open: Daily: 24 daily
Languages Spoken: Russian, English
Entry Conditions: Conditions of entry to any First and Business Class Airport Lounge may change from time to time, subject to policies and procedures imposed by airport security, internal instructions of lounge's administration and owners. Diners Club Russia is not responsible for the sudden changes of the conditions of entry. Stay limited to 1 hours.
Amenities Offered: Flight information, satellite television, DVD, free local calls, fax, Xerox, internet, magazines, newspapers and complimentary snacks and beverages.
Fees: Cardmembers please check with your issuer for terms and conditions of lounge access. Adult guests and children after 12 years - ROU 1 000 per person. Children under 12 year - free of charge.
As you can see from the text though, YMMV.
