Well, I can tell you that a Hungarian number has 8 digits after the country code. I'm guessing that the number goes 367....... is this correct?

70 is the prefix ("city code" in the proper terminology) for Vodaphone, meaning that you won't be able to trace it to a city, county or region of the country since it is a mobile number. If it is 367(something other than 0)...... , then it is a regular landline. Give me that fourth digit and I should be able to get you narrowed down a bit.

Hope this helps.

Edit: Upon further thought, all of the 70 range city codes that I can think of are in Bacs-Kiskun. Let me know if you want to try and narrow it down any more.
