Rows 5-8 are upstairs. I consider 5A&B, after that 5G&H, to be the best, good legroom. Rows 9-17 are downstairs, with both 9 & 13 being bulk-head. Have not sat downstairs in years so I can't remember, I prefer the upper-deck, more privacy, and attentive service. Usually enough space in closet for carry-ons that don't fit in side bin. Plus the flight attendants are always very aware of the space situation upstairs and very helpful.
