Sounds like an oxymoron. Wasn't ID90 are basically stand-by only (or get booted off first as chrisrep mentioned)? If so, how can stand-by only ticket co-exist with op-up, which requires overbooking thus no seats available??

Or perhaps they refer to type of ticket that can be preconfirmed?
