This is still a rather messy solution -- the dvd player barely fits on the tray table when eating a meal and the selection mainly comprises of dvd releases currently out in stores a month or two earlier (unlike the installed ptvs which tended to have much newer content).

Why the switch to domestically configured aircraft? Is it an issue with aircraft availability or a cost cutting issue?

It used to be great getting the 744 to BNE and the international configured 767s being more dated but still not bad, but now a lot of the flights to BNE seem to have been replaced by 737 aircraft.
