Just because they use the term "cell" and "tower" does not mean that it is compatible with regular cellular phones. It is not. These will run on different frequencies and with tower antennas designed to reach planes in the sky instead of cellphones users on the ground. The frequencies were auctioned by the FCC several years ago, and AirCell won the auction.
