Have you already received the bonus miles for the Gold Visa? The reason I ask is that I as far as I know, you can no longer get "repeat" bonus miles, regardless of the specific MP card type. I believe I heard that some have received a second bonus for the Platinum Business card, but that's the only one I've heard of. Perhaps I'm mistaken, but that has been my understanding.
