Hello all, back from London this afternoon, I decided to take along one of the many booklets of Premier Service Award Certificates that I had, and pass them out, to make ual employees happy.

Last time I used one of those was about a year or two ago for a check in person, and a year before that for a phone reservation agent. Today, I gave two out in the flight, for the nice crew.

-- Are they "good" for anything for them? I know it goes in their "file" but does it count towards their "promotions" or salary increase? or is just a mere nothing?

Anyone else uses them at all?
