Hmm. HK$1400 for the Rolls instead of about HK$275 for a regular taxi instead of $90 for the Airport Express + $25 for a taxi to the IC.
For the price savings, you could do a tasting menu at Spoon by Ducasse in the IC.
Forced to pick one or the other, I would definitely do Spoon.
But if you can do both, live it up. US$200 to experience a classic Rolller is probably cheaper than what it would cost you to own and maintain one ...
