And as far as spirits went, the really friendly bartenders never seemed to have heard of measures. ^

Most of the trip we were a group of uni students on a budget. (Teaching English in Spain.) And the cheapest drink in our local bar was Tio Pepe. What astonished us most was that "Un Tio Pepe Grande" would turn out to be roughly half a pint glass of sherry every time!!
