The T&C says "If you are purchasing a tkt for someone else and the value of this certificate is greater than $25 (which it is), you must present the certificate in person to the ticketing representative".
Does this mean i have to go to the airport?

You should not be charged the phone or in-person booking fee when using a PMO/DOLLARUA voucher. If the agent insists on charging you the fee, ask them to read the profile of the voucher, which should state that the fee is waived. See
