I welcome this change. It can't happen soon enough. I guess I've been unlucky, but I've never had UA err in my favor when dealing with the certs. The lateness of the certs is ridiculous and makes me cringe everytime I think about the $$ I spend upgrading when I could've used a cert that I don't have because someone hasn't seen fit to stuff them in a darn envelope and send them! You can't even find out when they will arrive because no one at UA MP knows! They have no clue when they will be processed, when they'll be mailed, or when I will receive them! Hey, I have a thought, since they don't know these things, maybe they don't know how many I've actually received either. Maybe, sometime later this year, I'll call and tell them I haven't received any certs and request they send them all, immediately. Worth a try I suppose.

Unlimited upgrades? On UA? Yeh, right. Not in my lifetime.
