An MP rep told me today that UA will have electronic upgrades by the end of the year.

No more chance that they will forget to collect certs, no more booking with conformable and using 500's, but they will be in you account instantly when you earn them.

Hopefully this will happen in UA time and the end of the year really means 2003.
