To answer your question, the two (or three) counters on the right hand side are for J and *G, however there usually is one big line in front of the single checked baggage screening machine. I am usually walking directly to the staff at the machine and inquired if there is a priority given to J class flyers, and they always let me through instantly (earning the faces of the people waiting in line)
