I like doing:

SFO-YYZ (doesn't count as Trans. Con.)
SFO-ATL ( ditto )
ORD-ANC/SFO-ANC (ditto)
somtimes one of the YYZ-ORD flights continues to PHX.

SFO-BOS or SFO-MIA are good for Trans. Cons.
