You can buy a maximum of 8 coupons (flight-numbers) and you are allowed only 2 transcontinental-flights. The following is not the maximum, it is taking into account "my favorite places", where I would want to spend a (sometimes very short) night!

If you exclude the HNL-options (you would have to pay a surplus on your voucher) than the best/longest distances are: ORD - (2'072) San Juan (Puerto Rico) - (1'571) IAD (not a daily flight) - (2'419) San Francisco - (2'018) Anchorage - (2'018) San Francisco - (1'881) Mexico City - (1'553) Los Angeles - (1'745) Chicago.

A total of 15'277 flight miles (as a PremEx you get credited the double). All these flights can be upgraded. The whole ticket costs just a little bit less then US$800 (depending on the originating country).
