I don't know about what it would be on long-haul flights, but I recall reading that maintenance for Lufthansa and Ryanair is both handled by the same contracted outfit.

Clearly there are disgruntled and unhappy crew from most airlines working flights today. I'm not sure Ryanair is doing any worse in this respect.
