I don't have a personal favorite but most limo companies will have a flat airport rate rather than a timed rate. Taxis will be metered and cost you almost as much for the same drive. I have used BLS (pricey but good service) and Execucar (mid range on both). I would guess the trip would be ~$65-75 each way. Hopefully someone else here has a suggestion for a great service
