On a 757 I would beg to differ. I would argue that any seat in row 9, and seats 10A and 10F are better than any F seat, and a *lot* better than an F bulkhead seat on that same plane, unless you are very wide and need the extra width of the F seat. Of course the service in F, reduced though it may be, is still much better, but as for the seat itself, I don't think it's true that any F seat is better than any Y seat.
