just received my latest Prem Exec statement today (June 1), at my HKG address...sent yesterday (May 31) from HKG...has the May 1999 update included with it (seems they have tried really hard to at least send the May update out on the last day of the month ?? )...but the statement covers the period January 29 to March 26...a 2-month delay...

nonetheless, seems a big improvement already...I used to get, for example, September update in late November...
