Screeners @ YOW are the strictest. I'd taken the same plastic bag thru LHR, LGA & IAD, yet only YOW domestic (and transborder) repeatedly stopped me and pointed out it was over a liter and contained some items @ 118ml instead of 100.

Given the futility of this ridiculous rule, it's quite annoyed to have such sticklers at my home airport!
