Counting 4 Tier Point qualifying flights for Silver/Gold
For Silver and Gold tiers, you must have the required number of TPs plus:
"You must take at least 4 Tier Point qualifying flights operated by British Airways within your membership year to achieve or retain Silver or Gold tier."
I want to understand this second requirement. A short while ago I thought you had to take 4 TP originating flights.......
Unless I'm wrong, the requirement seems to have one word changed from "originating" to "qualifying." Am I imaginating this?
Suppose I take a trip PHL-LHR-TLV on BA and return, which traveling WT+ on all legs, earns me 300 TPs. Is this trip considered to consist of 4 Tier Point qualifying flights: PHL-LHR, LHR-TLV, TLV-LHR, LHR-PHL ?
It appears that I would have the second requirement met. Am I correct?
