I don't think that Copa does elite seating or anything like that, so just call and get your seats once you book the flights. And you can add the FF info at the airport if you don't get to it before that, as it won't get you much other than MQMs when you actually make the flight.

Note that if you book anywhere other than copaair.com you will have to call to do anything with your reservation, as they don't have a way to look up reservations that were made through other channels on their site. The 2K OP miles may not be compelling, but access to the reservation online might be a good reason to book there.
