NA J class is what I expect when I travel in North America. Of course I choose my flights and look for airplanes equipped with International configuration when I can but I never expect too much. I see this as a nice perk when flying within NA. I had many last minute airplane downgrade and also a few upgrade along the way so I try to keep my expectation low and enjoy the ride when it happens. Downgrade happens yes... but not that often.
