Bought first. Got coach. What to do?
Bought a First Saver award on united.com. After buying, the itinerary shows that some legs are in first (XF), but some (long ones) are in economy (NY). Nothing is waitlisted.
Can I demand that XF space be opened up? If so, what's the most effective way to do this? A supervisor? Or?
