I wonder if it is available via IAH or only EWR. Seems like IAH might add a bit of miles because it is west of ORD.

ps, your dislike of CO's 50% bank to NW miles in L.......what do you expect/want from them? It sure seems a lot better than other airlines I have seen.....BA's 25% banking in low fare classes, AA and BA offering miles on each other, but not on TATL segments....CO offers only RDM and not EQM on QF.....there was a post a few days ago in CO forum where someone from OZ flew QF for about 80k miles in the last year, but didn't have CO status because of that.
plus, isn't the 50% bank only in terms of elite miles, not RDMs?
