I am going to have to embarrass myself and ask that somebody explain this INSPASS concept. I have not heard of it and I am all for anything shortening the time that SFO customs takes. Does one apply for it as with a passport? Is it available via the airliines?

Sorry to be a bit behind the times, but I am intrigued by this concept.
