When I got my Plat card one year ago received as a perks the "SPG Gold Card", the "Hilton Gold Vip" for 1 year, the "Radisson SAS Goldpointsplus Silver Card" and give to them my "Sofitel Privilege" number as I had previously.

Few months ago:
My "Sofitel Privilege" card expired. After waiting for weeks end calling to the Concierge service and asking about the card. I was transferred to other rep. (I suppose PTS) and finally received a "nice" answer: call to this number, perhaps they could help you. The number was the Sofitel reservations service, so nothing to do about my card.

Few weeks ago:
I noticed my " Radisson Goldpointsplus Silver Card" expired few weeks ago. After checking my "Goldpointsplus" tier I can see I've been downgraded to "Red" level (the basic one). Wow! I knew the "Hilton" card was for one year, but with the "Goldpoints" never realised or read it had a time limit (like SPG). Does anyone experienced the same problem with the "Goldpointsplus"??
