Do they still make them? Oh well, whatever it takes. I'd even consider dollars in a brown envelope, though they're sadly devalued at present. I suppose you can't go too far wrong with the good old Swiss Franc?
As it happens I just looked at my TATL this week and it looks almost oversold. Joy! Forget the mythical upgrade - I just hope nobody steals my aisle seat, or displaces me out of their own sense of devilish amusement.
