Does anyone have recent experience with the laptop power supply in the UA Business class seats (of the 747s trans-pac, specifically, but also generally)??? Last I heard, they were installed but folks were complaining that they were not always turned on.

Also, if recommended, were can one obtain the proper converter for the power supply?
