I think they still operate flights out of SLC - I'm flying them this summer! I just checked out their web page at http://www.skywest.com. It appears that Sky West now operates flights for both Delta Connection and United Express - Delta out of SLC and a few routes from LA and SF - and for United in California and the Pacific Northwest.
