I've flown AM economy a few times ORD-MEX. I thought the food and service on the 737s a good deal better than American carriers. The 777 may be a different story (better?) as this is the flight that continues on to Asia if I am correct. NW Elite benefits seemed pretty minimal, especially departing from MEX as they hold back a whole lot of seats to assign at check in and by then the assignments, even in the elite check in line, are not so good. Miles took more than a week to post, but if I inquired of WorldPerks they usually posted within 24 hours.
