Sheraton.com Shows No Availability; but Orbitz does

Hi folks! Long time don't post here... had a question for which "search" proved a bit unsuccessful...

Trying to book the Sheraton Stockholm with Starpoints; spg.com (and the call center) shows the hotel has no rooms available for sale or for Starpoint redemption for the date I'm interested in. However, the hotel has merchant rates loaded with Orbitz (and priceline, for that matter) as I can book/prepay for a room there. I know merchant rates might come out of preblocked rooms assigned to Orbitz, but wondering if anyone else has seen this before and if there's a chance I might be able to eventually get a room via spg.com with Starpoints instead.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

FWIW, I have a 4-night stay booked with Starpoints at the hotel already; just trying to get a 5th night.
