Talked to Mileage Plus today on another matter and the representitive said that the 1999 1K Kits would be mailed out on February 1st, by First Class mail. She also mentioned that they will contain 2 Confirmed Upgrade Certs. These are in addition to any earned. She didn't know if they were Domestic or International. She said that she really didn't know anything else yet about the 1999 program. Maybe she finds out the same day we do ;o)
