Am I the only one confused by this? Isn't it the same thing that you don't understand english and you do not understand the commands the FA is saying? One is more general than the other (i.e bad hearing, etc)
I can see a few exceptions on international flights, but usually, FAs only speak English... I guess this is just a wording difference and you don't want to be discriminating based on language..
I'm in full support by the way for moving somebody who has no clue what the heck the FA is saying.
