I had a similar situation in planning on attending Baobab's Boston-fest on the web site (I've switched to this booking method since the bonus is better than the UC software for non-connecting flights). I SAW a flight that said 8AM, but it actually said 8PM. I didn't notice until the flights were booked and I had printed the confirmation screen.
I immediately called the premex #, explained what happened, and generally acted stupid. The CS rep. not only changed my flight to the 10AM and waived the $75 change fee, she was actually very pleasant about it.
This was clearly different since the tix WERE in my name, but I really believe it has to do with the mood and character of the CS rep that you talk to, and how quickly you catch the mistake...
